The Bolivar Beach Pavilion serves multiple programs. It provides the general public with community information, beach parking pass sales, minor injury treatment, picnic, and restroom facilities.

Easterwood Architects provided design, permitting and construction phase services for the single story 3,400sf building. The solid nature of the structure provides beachgoers with shade and rinse stations, with beach motifs woven into the design, and a character that references the beach dune environment.
