This commercial interior build-out project involved the transformation of an existing medical facility structure in Dickinson, Texas, into a modern office and engineering facility. The architectural scope centered on a comprehensive interior remodel that maximized the utility of the existing building footprint without altering its external boundaries. Key features of the new layout include a central lobby and common area, a large conference room with a dedicated coffee bar, various private offices, specialized call rooms, and a staff break room.

A defining feature of the project is a bespoke wallcovering that serves as a tribute to the firm’s heritage. Our design team collaborated with a specialist wallpaper studio to create a custom pattern that integrates the company’s original hand sketches and founding CAD drawings. By providing creative direction on color palettes and composition, we transformed technical artifacts into a sophisticated textural element that bridges the company’s history with its new, modern environment.
