This interior renovation project involved the modern transformation of a 4,133-square-foot office suite located in a historic district. The design harmonizes professional functionality with custom artistic elements, most notably a bespoke accent wall featuring custom-designed wallpaper. This focal piece was meticulously crafted in-house by stitching together historic Sanborn maps to create a single, continuous large-scale image that pays homage to the area’s local history. The material palette was fully curated by our team and features a sophisticated blend of luxury vinyl plank flooring, neutral-toned carpet tiles, and custom oak-laminate cabinetry with brushed nickel hardware. Architectural highlights include clear anodized metal-framed glazed curtain walls that define the conference rooms and lobby, along with a custom-built fluted wood wall that adds texture and warmth to the reception area. From the quartz-waterfall-edge reception desk to the specialized lighting and millwork in the breakroom, every finish was hand-selected to create a cohesive and elevated workspace.
